Gross Built Area:
11,600m²

Scope of Work:

A 300-bed acute care general hospital needed a modernization. After through studies of improvement scenarios, the hospital decided to do floor-by-floor renovation while the rest of the hospital remained in operation. In the process, interviews were conducted with all the clinical and technical, as well as administrative departments. While the sum of their requests would be twice as big as the building could be, the design team proposed an optimum plan addressing all the issues.
