Concept

For a 10,000 sqm site, a 100 unit luxury resort hotel is planned. Twenty of them are condominium cottages for sale, and the remainder are planned to be scattered around an artificial pond in the middle. The retail zone is positioned along the artery road to the south to capture passing tourists, and wedding facilities are included in the wooded compound to offer a unique bridal option in Karuizawa.
