A major international hotel and a office tower sitting on top of a department store hover over the main train station of Nagoya. This is, at 417,000 sqm, slated to be the largest building in Japan. A 3D puzzle of different circulation routes was solved with shuttle elevators connecting the ground levels and the Sky Street level serving the office and hotel lobbies on the top floor of the retail volume.
