A 1500 sqm mall of small eateries and retail tenants topped with sleeping pads where revelers can crash instead of drunk driving home. A small alley scale is incorporated in the place-making to provide the feel of a genuine pedestrian scale of the old townscape. Architecture interprets the scale and proportion of the indigenous town houses and storage structures.
