Philosophy - POWER of Architecture
What separates “Architecture” from mere “buildings” is Power of Architecture. This is a set of attributes a piece of Architecture should address, and can achieve, while “buildings” do not necessarily provide. Because Architecture requires an enormous concentration of resources, one should capitalize on the Power of Architecture by carefully crafting the initial concept, allocating ample resources for the schematic design, and moving forward with sensible project management into the construction phase. By doing things right, and not necessarily spending more, one can benefit from what Architecture can do for the owners, users, and the society in general.
